This is the shiiiit!! Played it A LOT when I was young. Played tag with my brothers all the time haha.

I have a copy of the game on google drive. It has free car mods and map mods included, but i can link it if anybody wants it.

Help came to me. Apparently, a red ring of subcutaneous blood in the neck and "hangman" symptoms triggered everyone's alarm. I don't really recall what happened between jumping and waking up in he MRI machine.
