Suggestions & Requests / JVS Portals Remake

If you don't know back then, along time ago there was a add-on called JVS Portals, and they allowed you two place a portal brick somewhere and place other ones somewhere else, but these would not just teleport you from one place to another, these gave you a gui when you used them, and it allowed you to choose the one your teleporting to, or it was something like that, anyways the add-on was never seen again, much like JVS Elevators, but those we know why Trader stopped working on.

I was thinking why not make new ones, but these will work by event instead of a special brick, so you will be able to use any brick to select a location and teleport there, it would give the same type of gui, but it would have more customization, it would also render the ability to make it so you can make a teleporter with location to any other brick set with the portal event or name, but you could make admin only ones for say admin rooms or locations only admins could go to, heck maybe even make one that allows Host only to go there, or add a new feature for when a brick is activated the portal is activated so you can use it to choose a location to teleport.

I know there are some very good scripters around and as I have not seen Trader around at all I don't think he would be willing to re-make them, and I think the we should drop the JVS from the add-on name, I think a name like Modular Teleports considering you can link a near infinite amount, of course their will admin/host prefs for how many a person can own or if only admins can use/create Modular Teleports.

I really hope this will be made, I know some people will say use teledoors or use setplayer transform, but this is different.

TLDR;JVS Portals should be remade to be more flexible and have more customizations like who can use, how many people can make, and not make it a brick, but make it an event, and give it a new name "Modular Teleports".

Suggestions & Requests / Damage Ivincibility flash/shield

You know how in some video games when you get damaged or damage a boss or other entity it sometimes flashes white repeatedly for a while and you can't damage the person/thing while it flashes?

How about something like that for Blockland, and RTB prefs to change how it works.

Suggestions & Requests / Client Sided Mute Music Keybind

A simple client add-on that unchecks play music in options and then re-enables it when the keybind is pressed.

Also it would be nice to have a simple Muted Music  and Un-mute music symbol
pop up, or text to show up when you use the keybind.

This is just a simple request for something that will not make you push esc then go to options and un-check play music whenever a song or sound I guess plays that you don't like or get bothered by.

And yes this has been requested before(search).
I don't know why but I think it would be funny to have that slow brick rocket launcher in Blockland and make it do a bad explosion effect.Also It should be a slow as it is in the game.

Also I know most of you guys would probably be saying stuff like "No Roblox addons because we will have Blockland vs roblox servers" but if theirs Minecraft addons, don't you expect a Blockland vs Minecraft server of some other crap?

Also I feel that the slow zombies that dont even have walking animations should just be made for the laughs.All it does is lift its arms up and chase you around until it touches you and than you die.

Edit: I thought about it and I think its a better Idea to let this die.
Its one of those ideas that went bad really fast.

Off Topic / Strange computer actions, and cant use Google.

For some odd reason my computer has been acting rather strange after working perfectly for a year.

First I get strange popups that lead to a website called news canary, on any internet browser.Second, I keep getting notifications from avg telling me it found a Trojan virus and when I remove it it says it was already removed, third my processor has been overheating a bit recently and I get windows warning messages.Fourth serious computer lag and massive slowdown on youtube.Fifth....Possibly the worst one of all...
My computer is restricting me access to Google, it keeps redirecting me to a https version of Google then blocking me so I'm being force to use yahoo or Bing on any browser I use.

Is it a virus?MY internet has been acting really strange lately too always saying its trying to connect to an unknown network address.Also I am running
Windows XP SP3 Professional Edition with AVG Internet Security 2012.

Processor: Intel Pentium 4 531 on Socket 775 LGA at 3.00gh

Note :The core voltage is normal but the clock speed is lowering fast when this massive lag happens and then it speeds up allot.

I was wondering if it was possible to make chat appear above player names too.
No chat bubble or anything just chat text, and prefs to toggle it.
Also add a way to have normal chat hidden and a keybind to show normal chat, and a specific keybind for above player chat.

I'm guessing this could make rpgs more realistic or it could be used for anything I guess.

If torque restricts this I wouldn't be surprised.

Drama / Perma'd From Isjix's server for something I didn't do.

So I joined Isjix's Freebuild Server and I go away to use the restroom while it loads, I decide to let my cousin play Blockland  once more considering he was banned from multiple server's before on his computer I told him to just look around at the other builds and not build at all.

When I get out of the restroom my cousin is saying he's leaving and that the server got too laggy so he quit.

I know my computer has never gotten laggy so I attempted to re-join Isjix's server.
I get this message:

So after seeing this I get suspicious that my cousin did something, as he used to be known for rtb chat spamming, I went on rtb chat immediately to hope he didn't spam.
I found out that my cousin built a "lagbox" while playing for me.

After that I thought if it were possible that back at his house he probably saw Blur's video of crashing a city rp...well I asked him if he saw a video of him crashing a server and he said yes, I know that Blur took the video down so I asked him when to check if he was not telling the truth, he said he saw the video a couple of weeks ago and according to forum history the thread saying blur crashed a server was created a couple of weeks ago.

I posted this thread to let you guys know the person on the server was not me, and I have never in my days of playing Blockland have even "trolled" or tried crashing a server.

I'm hoping Isjix sees this thread, I should have seen it coming from miles ago after my cousin told me he was banned from multiple server's in his account.

If your going to ask his account name, I don't know it, he can't host at all, and he doesn't want to tell me.

I didn't do it I tell you guys!Have I ever been known for doing bad things in BL?

The editor wand from v0002 but as an item, that doesn't do anything.
Or you could add a On EWand hit event then it would have a purpose.

Off Topic / Need a sound card for my computer.

So my Mobo's default sound broke, and I need a soundcard to get sound now.
I don't have 100 dollars on me this time so a I need a cheap one that will play sound.

Price range 20-60 dollars.

I Do not have 150 to buy a good one right now, and I don't really know any good sound card brands so yea...
I cannot buy online it must be at a store I can go to in a vehicle.
No really I would buy a good one but I dont have the money right now.

I was at the site than I noticed new images showed up other than the usual...
I saw new bricks in some of the images, but nothing relating to the shadows and shaders.

This probably isn't worth a topic but I think v21 is closer than expected.

Some Carwash Parts that have animations using the JVS Content system.
Now most of you would say "Build it"But can you build a rotating roller?
Or a moving brush?I'm just asking if someone is willing to make some content bricks that are moving like the Fan brick that always moves or like the saw that needs to be activated to move.

I just need these bricks to complete a build for v21, its a city and a Carwash is part of it.

I remember I was at young rotation's server and he had gear props in the form of an item there was a normal gear and then there where gears with bright colors in the ring of the gear like cyan,green,magneta,yellow,orange,red,and white.

Can someone re-make these?
I mean I know some add-ons have been remade.

I remember someone hosted a Farm Tycoon or well some people call them RPs,simulators,ect, I remember some guy called Waldo hosted it and then he never hosted it again, he used vce for it, It would be good to have a server that isn't a
Family RPG.
