Well to me that's the most hilarious part. You use someone else's kids to try and construct this image of you being a responsible family man, but realistically we can all see that you're an unstable loon lol.wait, they aren't even his kids? when did we find this out?
Walter shrugs and smiles "Hopefully the end of this campaign. I feel like it's not all that easy though with their capital... They're still bound to have a Solid defense for it even if the majority of the imperial fleet is elsewhere."
Cualli shifts her weight a bit and lowers her voice. "Elu, do you want to stay here and listen or do you want to come with me?" she asks. "I'm... going to go talk to the priest about... something."
Walter looks around with a scowl out of confusion from having dozed off, he quickly gains his bearings and sits up, he slowly clues in to the conversation.Virvel walks into her room, still talking.
"Any of you guys caught wind of what we're doing yet? escorting cruisers?"
"Third guy says he's gonna help the Razorbacks. His callsign is Mercury-"There's almost a minute of unintelligible static, and the Kinos are about to pull the plug when you hear the Mercanans finally say something clearly.
Jaakko is cut off by Linebacker and listens.
"The Razerbacks are called Linebacker. He says 'Make it fast,' that 'They're getting picked apart...' Gods,"
He frowns.
Walter dozes off in the middle of the pilots quarters after becoming bored with the book he was reading and the absence of most pilots preoccupied with other tasks.Walter is stirred from his rest by the sound of people entering the pilots quarters.
Elena picks up Rog and Zhang in her diesel-electric jalopy, and begins driving to the target location.Rog gives Elena a grunt of acknowledgement and quickly drifts off to half-sleep once seated.
"Good evening," she greets.
Ash happens upon the crowd, fresh from the roosterpit. Out of curiosity, he listens to the radio chatter.
"Big fight, huh?," he guesses, "What's the target?"
Jaakko catches Cualli's glance, and glances back for split second before returning his full attention to the radio.You hear some panicked but indecipherable shouting followed by an abrupt cutout, hopefully as a result of an ejection and not the obvious alternative.

"Makes sense," she says, nodding before turning her attention back to the radio.
"I can try,"A while goes by where all you can hear is garbled speech under heavy static, but things eventually clear up.
Jaakko listens hard and waits for the next messages to translate.
"You do?" she says, raising her eyebrows and looking down at him. Cualli sounds pleasantly surprised (and a bit proud) as she continues, "how many languages do you speak that I don't know about?"
i'm not sure why a lot of those skins got in to be fairOP's skin is actually not half bad, unlike ninety percent of the overdesigned dumpster fires under the "rare" and "epic" categories
"I suppose that's a good enough reason as any," Cualli says, giving him an affectionate pat on the back before resting an arm on Elu's shoulder and leaning on him. "Don't suppose you speak Mercanan, though, do you?"
"Elena here. Got a lead on something related to a doctor, augment surgeon of some kind that worked out of Sharpton. Can't tell if its the guy. I'm heading down to check it out. I can take four with me in a car. The guy's apparently left already but I'm gonna give the place a run through to see if we can tell if it's our guy. More details for those interested in person. Send me locations so I can get you if you're interested."Rog sends a reply.
She attaches a location in North Sharpton Annex.
Cualli looks over at Elu. "What are you interested in this for?" she asks, but she has a hard time concealing her own interest in the mission progress.
Jaakko, still in his gear, hears the Mercanan commotion.
"You guys need a translation?"
