Bricks casting shadows on other bricks isn't THAT bad. Unless I'm mistaken and there is some technical twist or practical twist to it that I'm too stupid to understand. I know that the Torque current engine wouldn't be able to be upgraded at this point, and the graphics may be "fine" at where they are, and stupid people probably won't understand why their computers aren't powerful enough to run the game.

But you'd have to agree that having some sort of upgraded brick lighting is some nice wishful thinking.

It would be nice to have some form of dynamic lighting, It doesn't have to be amazing but really, inside of a cave in a well lit map shouldn't be as bright as day.

That is aMacs are not more secure, in fact, it is less. No, this is not because of the os (which is just a reskinned BSD distro (except for a few modifications), btw), but because of the users. The more the users believe that their system is "secure" the more naïve they become. And no matter a chain is, it can not be stronger than it's weakest link (in this case, probably the users).

I wasn't trying to say that "Oh my system is so secure and its better than yours!" I was just stating that the whole "its not worth it to make a virus for a mac because of less market share." is a widely believed and BS answer. And of course it isn't fully secure, nothing is, but it is far more secure than Windows. And I completely agree with the naïve thing, in fact the naïve Mac people are the ones who usually believe the market share myth and think their Macs are impenetrable. As a precaution I personally have both Sophos and ClamXav Anti-virus software on my Mac.

Also, lets stop listening to Don'tCare4Free and get back to the main topic.

Thats just about it, otherwise we shouldn't get to far from derailing the topic.

now if only you could create and ILS system, ILS frequency's , Vor navigation , Flaps that affect speed, make it so when you land your place doesnt flip and do wierd stuff.

I would rather stick to FSX for Flying planes.

i have over 2000 hours and am a super senior captain of 767-300
... and there will never be a day where blockland will never have a realistic landing characteristics,
you will never beable to use your AP or calculate V1, V2  and their will never be realistic flight models
sorry for the flame but come one... if you wanna fly just play FSX and join a VA.
And if you guys think your soooo good  Why dont you record you landing in FSX flying a 767-300
in 25 mph gust on an icy runway with limited visibility W/O ILS!

For god sake please keep the FLIGHT simming for the simulators for god sake or at least for people who know how
