dress as an american flag so he would hug meI'd never sell my car so I could save moneys on gas.
wwyd if you had a gas powered car that you don't actually need gas to run
Looks fun can't wait to play. Also, can I suggest a creep bear boss with slightly faster walk speed than the other bosses. What should his abilities be however? Every boss should at least have 4 or more unique skills that the player can use.
Changelog:
+Updated the download link.
+Updated the model (thanks to Mr.Noßody for taking the time to polish it).
looks neatNothing will ever beat pecons, this was just something fun to work on cause its such a simple gamemode. Plus it removes the competitiveness of Boss Battles cause you fight a bot and not a player. So if you ever do get placed on the boss team you can just watch the fun happen if you prefer spectating. Adding a boss to this game should only take 15 minutes depending on how it plays out, if I add Sans then it'll take a bit cause it wont be a bot it'll play out like Undertale does (dodging projectiles and attacking when he's open). If I add Uganda knuckles that's simple, a bot will just chase you. So yeah its not complicated yet it can still be fun.
probs wont be as good as pecons but i dont thin anyone can beat that lol
what if one were to abuse engine glitches? and are we talking just beating the game (getting to the end)?, or are we talking going through all the levels as fast as possible, because it might be possible to use the stuffty corner detection to cornerjump out of the map and find the endI'm not even sure if you'd be able to get back into a map without nocliping, plus that's not even properly beating the game as fast as possible that's literally just being cheap.
queeba's brain is 100gbhis face texture is 100gb
damn what did you do to a blockland model to require using the decimate modifierTo many polygons that's about it. Originally the model was like 100 something mb's so that wouldn't seem proper to have that as a hat.
maybe someone else should smoothshade itAs I've said previously I'm fully behind someone doing that.
i made a castle crasher helmet a while ago and i think it looks fineIf you actually were to release the hat I could just update the thread to have two options to pick from since everybody has there own opinion on what style they prefer.
Update: Added Gautier00's Castle Crashers pack to the archiveOh cool, thanks for the assertion I didn't actually expect that to be adequate enough to make it to the archive.
To be honest, I think making the helmets square to better fit the blockhead's head would remove some of the charm to these. It is, and I don't dissent on that point, I just honestly don't have the urge to bother with it, I'm used to the way they are now since me and my buds didn't really have an issue with em instead we just enjoyed dressing up as them. If you'd like to modify the model yourself by all means you have my blessing to re upload a more revised version I'd fully be behind that. For now I'm just gonna focus on working on other projects.
I would recommend possibly smooth-shading the round edge though. Seeing that many edge faces seems like a bit much.
he died a virgin
That being said. I don't really think the helmets should be round. They were round in CC because their heads were round. My personal preference was keeping it round, although yes I agree it makes much more sense to keep it fitting for blockland I just personally preferred the way it is now. Regardless I'm not taking your suggestion lightly i'll definitely keep that in mind whenever I do model something again.
Blockheads have square heads.
if you're going to make it round with that many sides at least smoothshade and edgesplit into like 4 sectionsHere's the thing that I didn't even bother to mention, I made this about 4 months ago? With little experience with blender, like maybe watching tutorials for 11 hours straight and just working off of them. That's all the experience I had, the most I did was know how to partially decimate the model to have less polygons so that it wouldn't be like 200mb and that be a loving pain in the ass to have to deal with when joining a server that has the hats. Another issue I personally have is putting a lot of detail when there really shouldn't be, which is why decimating was so important. So yeah that would be a smart decision but considering I had no idea how the forget to do that 4 months ago this would of been super helpful now if I had release this right when I completed it. I do appreciate your feedback though regardless.
Just a tip; Objects that are that round shouldn't be flat shaded because then the visible creases just creates unnecessary visual noise, and the top should be flatYeah, kinda learned that a while back from others. Like I said it was one of my first few hats where I put a little bit to much detail in areas. Plus I barely compressed this to begin with so it has a lot more polys then it should as well. Regardless its not a completely stuffty hat.
