/b/ is research.
/bant/ is anime.

Is there a board that has none of these
It's funny because I was on /bant/ when it first opened, and it was calmer. I stopped going because of friends spamming lolicon and CP.

There seems to be an atmosphere of 4chan in the forums, I just want to see how much 4chan this board has taken.

I would say that PhantOS is like a black Lord Tony but we all know Tony is darker than him.
His soul is darker than burnt chicken

civil rights apparently doesn't protect the water quality in Flint, or the integrity of public schooling. It definitely doesn't stop the cops from pulling me and my friends over ever week
Michigan has been on the downturn ever since the General Motors monopoly collapsed. America's schooling system is a black joke that hits you in the head when you realize that your book is from 2000, and you're carrying unused VHS tapes home which haven't been used since who knows? I cannot comment on the cops one since I myself haven't been pulled over so I wouldn't want to mix a biased roostertail.

because there's no conceivable way to control an entire neighborhood of people without millions of dollars... It has nothing to do with race either it's purely because poverty is a cycle and you can't expect fifty thousand people to form some mutual benefit hivemind
Poverty is a cycle, but why do you think it's a cycle? Abuse, drugs, alcohol, gambling? I think our money should go to counseling and helping those with addictions so we can actually lower poverty. How do you suppose people do it? And especially in a two-party republic. If you want to make your own party go for it, but just don't expect to actually get far because in the end, America is as corrupt as Mexico. The difference is that it's not a western. Western being that everyone is shooting politicians and starting a socialist revolution. If you want to deal with poverty, deal with the reason and it's source.
