Staying quiet didn't do anything either, if anything, it basically showed them that they could do whatever they wanted because no one seemed to care, and with no one saying anything, most other people at the time even probably didn't even know, care, or take their continued existence seriously enough, to report them en masse as to get the attention of Badspot, or whoever else, and have them banned (even more times than they already were)

And yes, i know this is Badspot i'm talking about, but if people actually drew as much attention to them as possible, instead of just laying low, reporting maybe one post here, or one post there, there would have had to have been some kind of response to the outcry, if even to just shut everyone up, like poking a bear until it reacts

If people actually spoke up, got everyone else's attention to do the same, and drew attention to the more persistent problem users en masse, maybe there would have been a higher chance of actually keeping them at bay instead of letting them continue to run amok and drive people away
I don't care if my actions painted a target on my back, i was doing what i thought would work, but i was just one person, it was never going to work as it were, but i still tried anyway in the hopes that something would happen, because staying quiet wasn't changing anything

Posted this before and will again friend. This is the single-hand best step by step guide to modding 15 years in a row. Don't be disheartened by this game being dead, there's a lot you can learn alone due to the changes you can make at runtime easily while dumping functions and values for objects. It's how I turned a hobby into a career. Good luck.

As for the discords, forums, community, et cetera, I'd use them more as a supplement to this pdf until you've practiced it in full. They certainly aren't as vibrant as they used to be.

There's simply no happy ending or comeback story for this type of crime.

Your pathetic attempt at saving face by trying to explain yourself falls flat against the tens of thousands of children that are loveually exploited every year in the USA.
The people who view and download this content are as guilty as the people who commit and produce it.

I don't think any punishment or rehabilitation produced by the courts have affected your disposition for minors and I remain unconvinced that you have changed.
There's also no such thing as a former child enthusiast and all I can feel is contempt for you and the mental illness that you have.

If you aren't here to try and convince us, what the hell other reason are you here for? "Clarification"? Nobody cares about how life is going for a convicted love offender.

You are back here on a Lego forum at your own discretion telling us how your conviction wasn't fair (of which you had your chance to defend yourself in court) and for that reason alone I believe your rehabilitation has already failed.

Hello.  I'd like to clarify some things, particularly the timeline of events.  Unfortunately, OP's research is correct.  In February of 2020 I was arrested because I had some loli and images of nudists on a laptop that the police had previously taken as evidence.  This is apparently enough to convict someone of attempt to possess CP in Colorado.  I am not saying that this is okay.  If you have any tendencies toward this kind of thing, seek help.  Talk to someone you can trust about this.  I guarantee there is someone in your life who will listen.  At any rate, at no point did I ever abuse or seek to abuse anyone, let alone any minors.  In July I was slapped with a protection order, forbidding me from contact with anyone under 18, which is why I was pretty scarce and cagey for the rest of that year.  The courts were slow due to COVID, and it took until January of 2021 for me to be sentenced.  I got two years on probation, no jail, which should tell you that what I had wasn't that bad.

As part of probation, I had to register as a love offender, re-registering every year on my birthday.  This is why the registry currently says May 2022, simply because that was my last birthday.  I'm still on the registry, but I'm going through steps to be removed.

Probation was strict.  Early on, I couldn't handle the changes to my life, and I attempted Self Delete.  This resulted in me being hospitalized for a month and unable to walk for much longer.  I'm almost fully recovered now, but I'm still going through physical therapy for strength and pain relief.

My probation ended earlier this week, and I've been gathering the courage to address this situation.  I've served my sentence and been through therapy, and now I'd just like to be able to move on with my life.

I have no intention of retiring the names Plastiware or Reid VanBemmel, or any creative works that I've already publicly revealed.
