It will tell you the best place to buy all the parts, and if there are combo deals that will save you money. Try recreating the build in the OP and submit it to www.reddit.com/r/buildapc. They'll tell you what you can replace to optimize cost:perfomance. They'll even help you build it yourself, should you build it yourself. I suspect it will save you a good deal of money.

I think the point of making a game series is to not only tell a prolonged story, but to also improve upon the last game. So for you to say that Skyrim is stuff compared to Oblivion would be a slap to its designers and producer's faces.

Never did I say it was stuffty by comparison, but Oblivion was the better game by far.

Nope. You'll survive it.

The Dead Ringer blocks 90% of the damage from the activating hit as well as during the first 6.5 seconds of the feign death Cloak. This allows the player to survive fully charged headshots by Snipers, backstabs from enemy Spies, and Taunt kills as long as the user has a sufficient amount of Health before the attack was made. Since backstabs have a base damage of 6 times the victim's current health, and the initial hit that activates the Dead Ringer does 10% damage, backstabs will deal 6/10 of the Spy's current health. Additionally, the watch prevents the Cloak from flickering upon impact with enemies or damage.

Oblivion is a good game but you should be able to skip the tutorial without mods.
because it's too damn long to make a new character.

You just make a save before leaving the dungeon. You can just load that one when you want to make a new file, and edit the character at the gate.
