The indoctrination theory is where the whole thing was just a dream right?

"Indoctrination is the term used for the brainwashing effect the Reapers have on organic beings. A signal or an energy field surrounds the Reaper, which influences people's minds". The theory states that Shepard is in the process of being indoctrinated by Harbinger, the Reaper that strikes you down on your final dash to the Conduit. The definitions of Catalyst and Crucible hint at this.

Honestly though, they probably just screwed up big time. 'The Truth' does not exist. Don't get your hopes up if you're interested. Not saying that something like it is out of the picture, but I strongly believe the rumor itself is a load of crap.

The Indoctrination Theory is really all they can do now, if they chose to do anything.

Edit:

Personally, I joined in on the Retake Mass Effect movement - not by donating but sending a letter to BioWare as a part of the letter campaign that started today.

Some people are going to far, and it just pisses me off. Harassing BioWare is ridiculous.

End's debrief:
no spoiler edition

Beat it this morning. Took me <25 with all sidequests and the D1 DLC. Xbox 360. Vanguard.

I had to swap discs roughly 10 times. Tedious but bearable. Most of you probably have the Origin version and are better off in that regard.

...

I was hoping they'd make the Normandy one level. Nonetheless I love the upgrades. Both appealing and fun to run around in. Always made sure to stop in with Joker and EDI just to hear what they were saying. It is kind of annoying to know that you might miss some reputation points due to randomly(?) occurring conversations.

As for the gameplay itself, putting the whole 'one button does all' bit behind, yeah, it felt pretty good. Felt it needed some mercs. SMG has some recoil. Unreachable targets (by biotic charge) are always annoying but reasonable.

The main plot has a tendency of being predictable, and every now and then I was a little disappointed.

...

up to answering any questions. feel free to pm to talk about spoilerish stuff.

And yes, I agree with you on the ending.

I love the atmosphere you gave the camp site. It's very warm and captivating.
The terrain itself is all right. Could use a little less totally flat areas. Plate inclines can help you with this.

Off Topic / Re: Looking for Help w/ Simple Sprite Run Cycle

Thanks Reg. I'm going to do a little tinkering using that.

I also forgot to add that if anybody knows of a site with any good references/pixel character templates, please link to them.

Goes in Off Topic? Why not.
Anyway

So I'm making a very small, cheap and useless project that after this topic, none of you will ever hear about again. These are the two 'main characters'. I need help with the running cycle. I'm aiming to have a distinct one for both m/f.

Looking for resources/templates/criticism/etc. for them. If you'd like to personally revise them/add to them, feel free. It's for school, but I'd give you credit.

Looking to have the animation be greater than 3 frames.

I don't think this topic will go that far.
...

Should be noted that when operating they are going to be significantly larger, probably about by 5-10 times then the actual size.

Actual size:

Magnified:

Thanks in advance for any help.

I see what you're going at with the name but 'shipyard' is misleading. Also, it looks like it would benefit more from being played as a standard deathmatch. I do like the idea of the glass circuit. It allows you to plan ahead before you engage. That's a plus.

Removing the doors may or may not improve the feel of gameplay.

?

Thing is, I'm not sure how it will look with the new shadows and shaders. Hell, I'm not even sure how it looks now (on decent graphic settings or on an FPS above 20). Could kill it, could enhance it.

It's a Siege TDM. At least, it's supposed to be. I have to add the capture points before I die...

Ancient Gallery topic. Has been updated since, looks better. No more fog.

"It's been a long time, how have you been?"
Not entirely sure what's going on in the background, but it looks really neat.
