Drama / Splatter U's ban

So a friend of mine Splatter U has been perm banned from the forums for spoiling L.A. Noire
i know people would be pissed and stuff but where in the rules does it say you can be banned for it? why not just remove the topic or some stuff?
so yeah it was dumb but was it dumb enough for a perma ban?
(not to mention the spoiler he did was false. meaning he didnt actually give anything away)

Modification Help / HELP scripting bricks

im trying to script some bricks but im yet to find somewhere that explains how.
the best thing i have found so far is this http://blockland.wikia.com/wiki/How_to_create_bricks but as you can see sertain steps are missing, i tried using that (figuring out what the missing steps were) but it still didnt work.
can you please explain it to me or give me a link to a tut for scripting bricks?

Help / addons resetting?

basically its really hard to run my server because every time i open BL all my addons turn themselves off o.O then i have to go through them all, reactivating them just to open my server >:(

Modification Help / Blender exporting error

i got a .dts exporter but when i export it says
Python script error: check console
so i do that and find
ImportError: No module named DTSPython
please help

Basically im not good atall with scripting or whatever
but i figure for most people it would be easy, ok-
what im suggesting is you take the flying carpet, take away the ability to get on it and make it stop flying and walah! you have a carpet gor your house! similar to the bench it just sits there and looks nice

you guys prob wont really care but im sorta pissed OK. so like a few days ago NO servers were using simplewell hatmod right?
i really liked it so i started using it i was the ONLY server using it then somebody posted a newlink now EVERYONE has it, so i started adding more things (alot i wont say because i dont want it happening again) this includes daftpunks helmets, and today SOMEONE HAS MADE ANOTHER THING FOR IT
so ONCE AGAIn i was the ONLY server using these mods now i  cant go on a single one where it ISNT being used

I am a major Naruto fan! and i personally think it would be awesome if we could get 2 things
1. CHIDORI (normal/blade) there is already a add on for chidori but honestly its horrible! its useless and doesnt even look like it!
2. RASSENGAN! how cool would it be to charge up a rasengan and when you hit someone with it (from up close) it sends them flying!!!
i just think these would be awesome if they could be well made

Ok ive just made a pokemon RPG and everything works fine, besides that when you capture someone with a pokeball they instantly die D:
please help me fix this!
also dont leave comments like "why make a pokemon RPG they suck" <- no point saying that because i know you will.
it was the boundary MOD that made it stuff up
