Smoking a drug is an admittance of weakness and an inability to be able to be satisfied with yourself without having to chemically force yourself into pleasure. Of course, "weak and unable to feel joy" is certainly an accurate description of a lot of kids.

But by that logic doing anything you enjoy and makes you feel good is admittance that you can't feel satisfied with living a completely monotone life, devoid of any entertainment.
Also I didn't realize that not being satisfied with something was a weakness, or that doing drugs to have fun means you can't handle normal life.
I mean I smoke but not because normal life isn't enough, I do it because it's fun and I enjoy it, just like anything else that I enjoy.

That's what it literally means, but whenever someone says that, they nearly always are also implying that it was a a significant amount of time ago. If it's not, then they might as well be about the same age

But 2 years is a relatively significant amount of time, a lot can change within 2 years.
Especially since the comment was literally that at 13 years old he did not like weed, but at some point within 2 years he tried it.
I don't see what's so ridiculous about that.

I'm pretty sure "when I was your age" means the point in time when you were that age.

My parents definitely know I smoke, at least my mom does, though I don't see her knowing and not telling my dad.
I've been high around her so many times and I'm pretty bad at playing sober, one time she was even joking about how my eyes were totally so red because of hey fever and stuffs. Apart from that though they've never really said anything.
They are kinda ok with it though, I mean all my other siblings (and my parents themselves (who have done even harder drugs)) have smoked up, guess they see it as something for me to figure out myself, just like drinking.
I'm cool with that.

And just as the prophecies had foretold, the panties episode was indeed, very enjoyable.

So yeah I went with no pants show.
It's good so far, mostly due to the lack of pants.
