You get this weapon after getting 24 of the 36 new achievements for the medic.won't be able to heal at all whit it.
- Replaces Medigun
- Instead of getting invincible whit the übercharge, you and your target get 100% critical chance. It has no healing effect.
- Bonus : 100% Crit chaneg for target
