Yes I know it's a gif but I couldn't change the format to a jpeg for some reason.

Why would you want to? GIF isn't great but JPEG is even worse. Go PNG.

You can watch research online with a PSP?
(Being serious, excluding the abbreviation. PSP screen > Ipod screen so if this is possible, do tell :D)

It works better if you download it if you have an Original PSP. I haven't got a PSP-3000 but I'm 75% certain you can stream video with it.
