I personally don't know what to make of it. If a prisoner is simply put to death for their actions, they don't have to go through the experience of living several years in prison and living every day in regret. However, if they are kept in the prison, they may simply escape. Additionally, money would need to be spent on their care.

It costs more money to execute someone btw.
(Compared to that of a 10 year sentence in prison)

I understand that you're trying to make a "simple" sniper, but Kaje's basically covers that. Although, I do like this one now that it has headshots and doesn't kill in one hit. Another thing; does the projectile still travel amazingly slow?

This never killed in one hit.
Slow, I could make it travel faster.

Made it go faster.

Anyways, Who ever wants to make a better Item Icon then me gets to be in the credits.

exactly.  There were at least two before this.  I use the original and old school.  I don't need another.  I'd focus on more original weapons or not on any more weapons at all.  We certainly have enough
