No but sketch up and it is free but you cant add any exporter
Heres what i would do
Get sketch and blender and export as 3d model on sketch up then make .zip then open it then get the .dae or something like that out of the .zip and open it in blender, then export as .dts with all the armatuer's

I even looked at the script. I still disagree with the whole afk = cheating thing.
It should just not give them the hat if they are afk at the time, rather than kicking them and preventing them for life.

Lol, it's just that server.
Also, like ive said.. The AFK kicker is a optional feature. It can be disabled by a super admin using the command /AFK

I personally like the AFK kicker. It keeps my server clean.
It's useful for those who host TDM and such.

I think packs would be great.

Doom gave me a example hat pack zip.
but, he forgeted it up. So, ill have the sample hat pack out later tonight.

And why not?

Because, if everyone starts to use his mod. Then Mr. Doom's work would have gone to waste.
We could have made a normal hat pack. Using zor's hat script.

But, we decided to make it more interesting.
Even at the modification discussion thread, Space guy and Boltster were commenting on how they would prefer just a hat mod. And on the other hand, Other people wanted the unlock system.

So, i can't really explain why i didn't want this released.
