Copy one from one of the default Add-Ons into your own.
Edit that one.
COPY IT FROM OTHER stuff :D
I always do that :(
Infact, i start with the default gun on ALL of my addons.
I copy the zip, rename all the stuff... Then i start mah work.

My guess is that the Air scout's explosion is a animation.
A animated debris shape i presume.
You could just make the dts have ambient animation.

You did the joints incorrectly on that thing.
You didn't deselect your first joint before you made your second one.
Therefore, creating a bone.
Also, your model seems to be a stack of different scaled cylinders on it's side.
Using unneeded polys. TO THE MAX.
