Laser Arena.
An obscure budget laser tag fps made in 2000 on the Quake engine.

Not really. America's Army doesn't use the Unreal Engine version whatever to the full extent, making it look like stuff.
But AA DOES have co-op and single-player. The SP is really just training, but you can use the mpcheats to get weapons and shoot the NPCs.
