Hey look, the Persona 4 series was at least entertaining when it came to the protagonist. Devil Survivor 2 was a lot worse.

It's unfortunately completely different from those two.

It's about a guy obsessed with old tokusatsu shows and wants to be a superhero, and the cop who has to bail him out of situations when he can't be a superhero.
