It's actually not, loveism is negative, you're thinking of generalizing, which is not derogatory at all. Statistically black people jump higher than white people, so saying black people jump high isn't tribal, it's a generalization, which is also true,.

No, that's definitely loveism. It's positive discrimination, which, despite the name, is a bad thing.
