It's not in some troops.

Just because a few troops don't accept athiests / homoloveuals doesn't that none of them don't.
Every troop has a different scoutmaster and as such every troop has different standards

I thought that the official standards were that they couldn't.

People I like call me Wynd. Railyx doesn't, and I like him, but I think he's the only exception.

EDIT: Unless I really like them, then they sometimes call me Wyndie.
