Did you read 3072MB and think that meant 3.75GB? Cause 0.75GB is 768MB and RAM doesn't come in that denomination, so unless you have 4x960 (also doesn't come on that denomination) or 2x1920 (still doesn't come in that denomination) your ram is incorrectly listed.

He has 4GB of RAM but is running an x86 operating system, which can only use roughly 3.75GB of RAM.
