Games / Re: Minecraft; Version 1.3.2 released, mainly bugfixes!

Of all languages to pick, stuffty Lua is chosen.
stuffty LUA is easy

----

The Yogscast have deceptive voices and their video images look pretty much nothing like them, except perhaps Sips but that's because he has grey skin anyway.

Strange, I always assumed that Sjin had a goatee or something. I also never thought Simon/Honeydew would be quite as fat and Lewis/Xephos would be quite so thin.

----

Anyway, quarry mined out a 33*17*46 hole in the ground which I encased in basalt and marble and made look nice. Now I have a very dark 31*15*44 hole in the ground underneath my two-storey mansion, and it's filling with creepers.

Going to have to clear them out and put some light in there anyway, but what the hell should I do with a hole that big?

By the way, this is on Tekkit survival, at that stage where resources don't really matter because Collectors and Anti-Matter Relays are generating Red Matter whilst I aimlessly run around with a ridiculously overpowered pickaxe and spade instantly mining most of y=12 and shoving everything non-ore into a condenser to make diamonds and then macerating ores and then putting them into a condenser too. In short, survival = creative without the easy flying (until I can be bothered to substitute my jetpack for a magic ring or whatever).

Runespan is fast compared to fishing, certainly. Compared to Summoning, Herblore, Firemaking and suchlike it's slow. Still, it's Runecrafting and it's at least double the old experience rate at ZMI.

If you've got the time and patience, get 91 Runecrafting for double nature runes, then you can earn some nice moneys from it pretty easily and complete a Karamja task :P

Piracy is a big problem for gaming companies and any software developers really, but 93% piracy rate...

Go back to Minmus, and download this:

http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/showthread.php/15016-0-16-Crew-able-empty-pods-0-3

Attach them to your ships and you can load extra Kerbals if you need to rescue them or whatever.

1) Release more F2p games
2) Problem solved

I'm not entirely sure whether this is actually a real complain the guy is making or just another way of saying "We need 20x more money than we're getting right now".

Actually, they just made a camera capable of taking over 1,000,000,000,000 frames per second. Faster than light.
Not joking.
So I guess life has a higher cap than we thought?

Yep

However, life might have a trillion FPS limit or more, but for those of us with these terrible eye things, we're not getting that.

Right now those cannons look a little odd, because a single cannon deck wouldn't that low. That's already been pointed out. It seems that any ships with double, triple or even quadruple cannon decks had some cannons as low as or even lower than yours.

Other than that, it looks pretty amazing really. It's nice to see someone making traditional ships again :)

It would've been a good place, but the synth sounds when selecting afterlife options were removed. Now you select in silence :(

After being bored and contemplating the PC-equivalent specifications of life I found this:

Quote from: notch
The next time someone tells you the eye can’t see more than 30 fps, stab them in the face with a screwdriver.

By the way, if the Earth was considered the CPU of life, it would be 194.18Hz. Not bad for a 6 billion year old rock I guess. That's the rotation frequency or something or other.
Quote
Cosmic Octave: The Rotation Of The Earth:194.18 Hz.

Anyway. I was bored.

I use HP or LP in ingame chat, but still call it constitution. If it's a skill, "Hitpoint level" doesn't really seem like a skill exactly.

Me: "I'm amazed I'm doing so well in this cave; look at all these gems everywhere!!"
Me: "Shame about the lava, but I haven't fallen it and don't plan to"
Friend: "Yeah..."
*My controls lock up and I fall into lava - goodbye loot*

Minecraft.

Wtf there's a constitution skill now?
Renamed from Hitpoints to Constitution with the lifepoints update a few years ago.

any tips on how to get higher FPS

I'm running on lowest settings and getting a decent FPS with a terrible graphics card (Intel Chipset Family 4). Basically just turn everything down and don't make uber-complicated rockets and it runs smoothly. Once you're off a planet the terrain details are removed and that helps out too.

Generic is bad.
Generic is good if the generic reasoning is a good reason.
"I have experience as an admin on multiple servers" is pretty generic, but is a reason to be 'rewarded'.
