Help / I no longer have RTB?

I logged in, key was missing so I had to put it back in, and now my RTB is MIA.
It's gone.

Now I don't know where to even get RTB back.

When taking a DOF screenshot, it would be nice if there was an option for the shaders to upgrade to soft shadows when taking the screenshot then transfer back when the DOF is complete.

Kinda like the Max Shaders Screenshot mod, but with Port's soft shadows.

You know those annoying interruptions when playing on the Wii and WiiU that suggest to take a break?
Well it seems Nintendo thinks it's a good idea to enforce that idea.

Now, all Nintendo games will enforce an autosave and game shutdown every 30 mins for you to"take a break" from playing.

I want a tool to easily map out bot movement paths. Set a path and have the bot follow it without needing bricks for the bot to touch.

I'm looking at you Port, because I know you have this already.

Help / Pinball casts odd Shadows

The pinball with shaders casts and odd shadow. It makes shadow rings around the pinball going outward, scaling up in size infinitely outward. At certain points, it can cast shadows on entire buildings. It's kinda neat, but I doubt it supposed to do that.



You can see in the image the ring of shadows as it expands marked with red arrows.
I almost want to find a cool use for this bug..

As of now we have a fog options that brings forward or push back the fog distance. What I am suggesting is fog elevation and thickness settings.

-Elevation would give the player the option to push down, or raise up the fog. With the fog pushed down, climbing up in elevation would reduce fog thickness as if you were coming out above of a blanket of fog. Having it up would create a level of fog above the ground.

-Thickness would control the range of which the fog is thickest. Elevation wise, you could make the fog be as thick upwards as you'd like, or as thin as perhaps an 8x8 cube.

Somehow I don't think the fog we have now can work this way, but I just want to put the idea out there.
More environmental options are always a plus.

I think it's time somebody invested time into making a snip of code that supports item stacking. By item stacking I mean: say you have a pill. If you pick another one up, a small number would appear on or next to the icon in your inventory displaying how many you now have.

Kinda like this, or something similar.



In the code, players could specify the max amount of a stack a player could hold for that item/weapon.
Id recommend the hard limit being at 99 to save a third digit space.

I'm not sure if this is possible the way Id want it without a client (which would be optimal to not resort to), but Id like to hear some feedback on this: what would work, what wouldn't, what is impossible to do.

I really think we need an RTB feature that lets us manage brick textures. Kind of like how managing colorsets work, we could select from packages of brick textures before we host a server.

Subsequently, it would create a new genre of addon: "B_Textures", and we'd have to find a way to package them.
I just really want the option to switch up my brick textures to something custom without having to go into the game folder and work around the launcher..

Its really bugging me how I have little control over the new bots appearances. I want to hide nodes, color nodes, have the bot play animations when I want it too, and change the decal/faces to my exact likings WITHOUT needing to script a whole new bot that way.

Can anyone cross breed the Set Appearance mod with new bots?

The new system really takes a lot of the options away..

Drama / Wound: Threatening to "DOX"

Now, what happened is Watson (ID 14610) was given Wounds personal information for no apparent reason, and when Watson went to tell Wound what had happened, the following conversation occurred:

"that brother" is Wound
"Blake" is Watson




As you see highlighted in red, Wound threatens to "DOX" him.
Watson was not trying to use his information against him, nor did he ask for it. He was merely trying to alert Wound that somebody apparently had his personal information.
