Off Topic / Re: Chiptune/8-bit nowadays?

8-Bit/Chiptune is all I have on my iPod.
Nothing else cuts it for me.

I love it so much because it comes from that special era in gaming where people had to take less and make it more. Game play and design wasn't regulated by how much power the console held, but how you used it. Limitations made the games special. Chip Tunes or 8-Bit was the only way producers could emulate sound in their games and good god, when I first heard what they decided to do with it I was blown away. Top Gear, Mega Man... damn.

Besides, I hate singing in music.

If I did it, it might seem a little arrogant...

Tell them, "Someone made this loop for me".

Add-Ons / Re: Modular Terrain Bricks (Updated 3/3/12)

Already been changed, please redownload.

Oh cool.

Also, the prints you added. Are they transparent shades of black that make the brick color look like the texture, or just the solid texture that glows in the dark?

It would also appear that the default brick stud texture uses a re-uploaded texture, ignoring and not using any special brick stud edits that you may be using. (I'm not sure if this was already fixed due to insufficient time to test it)

Covering the slopes with cubes, then loading them on slate? Interesting idea.

Hey, an official topic on this build. Good work. I must say that this is really cool.
I guess Ill apply for admin as well.

Name: Mr.Noßody

BL_ID: 6480

Tell me a bit about yourself: I enjoy Death Matches and Building, your server has both of these things. I am a decent builder and eventer. I can help with tweaks and additions.

Who recommends you: I don't know who recommends me, and frankly, I don't think it really matters. Its what you think of me since this is an application for admin on your server.

What servers you have been an admin on: I don't keep track what servers I gain admin on. I just enjoy playing the games they host. I just wanted to apply for admin to help you out whenever I come on.

The landscape is like that because that is how I developed my building style.  If I add smaller cubes, then people will be able to get to places I don't want them to go.

Stack them, make the walls taller while still maintaining good detail. Having a small lip that acts as a barrier usually works and can be stylish.

people usually call others "good builders" and when you take that literally as you, that means that they are commenting at how well they place bricks. what they actually mean is that they're a good designer

More like, people usually call others a good builder when they themselves would have no idea how to make something or have the patience to make something, the way they did.

Depends on the viewers opinion.
