That spike brick fits a 1x1 space. It doesn't fit the pole at all. The edges overhang, that's like saying all bricks fit on a pole brick because it can be planted there.

I have a Cop Helmet that I made for fun. It seems to fit the style of your hats.
Only thing is I don't know if the original shape file is aligned to the head correctly. It is also a Milkshape file so if you were interested on having it, it would come in an .ms3d or .dts file.

Only thing is, is that you realize it when it happens, not before it happens. So it is nothing like predicting the future.
Ive heard that Deja Vu is actually when your brain's processes slow to a point that it doesn't process information accurately, then rushes to process all the information its backed up making you feel like an event has already happened.
What I get is something different. If I look at something, I might randomly get a sudden shock. Afterwards I feel like I can place memories that are not mine to that specific thing or place I was looking at. Anything from an object, a smell, or a touch can trigger this.
Does anyone else have this?
