Turn  up Player Vehicle Count is server options. You have it set to 5 apparently.

Drivers updated, and yea flushtexturecache(); does lag a bit and when its done, its as bad as it was before.

 Ps. Ive updated the drivers more times than I can count.

These are what happens 100% of the time when bricks are in the map. and ... bricks are always in the map... it's Blockland.
