Ok, so occasionally a small box pops up on the lower right of the screen... looks like a private tell, or something. How do we access/respond to that? It's coming from people that aren't on his server.

That's a message from the RTB irc. You can press M and click on it or you can keybind the RTB IRC in the options menu.

If the bible itself explained how to make cereal, this would be a different story. But people who are Christians have made a bunch of things, it doesn't mean anything in particular.

That would make the bible useful though. If god wanted people to read his book he should've just included how to make cheerios.
