Why the hell are we voting on this already? You actually think college is going to be the thing that makes it so you can't host a clan, not gradual disinterest? 2 years is a long time, slow down and relax, dude. We don't need to vote until com actually decides he's not going to be having a clan anymore.

But that way the first attacker doesn't get a blatant advantage. Perhaps the attacks could be seen but the randomization comes at the end of the turn?
