When I say punish, I mean kicked out of office.

I know. That isn't going to happen. If you'd read the topic you'd know that he was acting within the constitution.

Obama is not going to be punished, Killer. Please engage in autofellatio or else contribute to the topic in a coherent manner. I'd rather not think about how stupid people are when I'm discussing politics.

"The War Powers Resolution of 1973 (50 U.S.C. 1541–1548) was a United States Congress joint resolution providing that the President can send U.S. armed forces into action abroad only by authorization of Congress or if the United States is already under attack or serious threat. The War Powers Resolution requires the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action this was done and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days it hasn't been 60 days, with a further 30 day withdrawal period, without an authorization of the use of military force or a declaration of war."

Obama has not broken the law.

Then if the President declares war and then the congress decides it isn't going to show up or it would just rather not go to war that's a reason to get him removed from power? That makes no sense whatsoever. Either don't allow him to declare war or allow him to declare war only AFTER getting permission.

Ah, ok. That's arguably not really cause for impeachment though...

He didn't violate the no-fly zone, he's helping to enforce it. In terms of the constitution, I'm Canadian, but I assume it doesn't say anywhere that the President may NOT declare war. It just doesn't say that he can, which doesn't make it illegal.

lol, i don't give a forget about politics. It is completely illegal though, he did something breaking the Constitution = Illegal. There's a 50/50 chance he'll get impeached IMO

He never violated the constitution, he just did something that the constitution doesn't explicitly allow him to do.

tl;dr conservatives continue to qq about every thing that obama does. What he did is not illegal, only right wing forgetwits think that it is. Even if it did violate the constitution there's a 0% chance that he will be impeached.

Obama is not going to be impeached. If he is impeached over this I will eat a hat.

Yeah, but the GOP is ALWAYS calling for Obama to be impeached. 10$ he won't be.

Regardless of whether or not 9/11 was a controlled demolition, the resulting circlejerk was handicapped as hell.
