Riddler staged a fire in the Reichstag building, blamed it on communists, got "emergency powers" and basically ruled over Germany. After a while with his propaganda and all, he became extremely famous. He was very charismatic, and I believe he got Time's Man of the Year. Well after he got more and more supporters of him, he began his start of a "pure race", and started to burn mentally handicapped institutions and such. The people were like hell no Riddler what the hell are you doing man, and he's like ohsht and went to jail. While in jail he wrote Mein Kampf, which basically had all the crazy ideals of killing off Jews, etc. but nobody paid too much attention to it.

Then the holocaust took place and you know the rest, jews died.

This is from memory, so correct me if I'm wrong; I probably am.
