I was on "Jacinto" playing the gamemode "Warzone" I was at the bottom area with the stairs that lead to the helipad trying to throw a grenade (smoke) next thing I know i'm on the walkway overlooking the grassy courtyard with frag grenades, I can't throw them. I shoot, my ammo counter doesn't go down, I was still a mortal man with health though.

This happened a second time except I blinked only 10 meters or so, then I was beaten down by a locust with a shotgun.
