Craftybit's OBSE. Requires Oblivion Script Extender. The one from 'Planet Elder Scrolls' is newer I believe, so get that one. If you want some new homes go to 'Oblivion Real Estate'. You can find houses ranging from castles to floating barrels to actual sailing ships! Mart's Monster Mod is good if you think the vanilla enemies are piss weak and you can be asleep and still beat them. Don't forget the Oblivion Mod Manager. There's also a physics mod and a zombie mod out there too.

I've played long hours on Oblivion just with mods and doing pretty much jack stuff on the real game, companion mods, house add-ons, topless mods :3, hell, even a beta pirate mod.

Creature stage: Meh
Tribal stage: I'm an RTS fan, so that's pretty cool
Civ stage: Bullstuff
Space stage: Pretty decent, never got around to conquering the galaxy though.

That same round the Captain put the disk in the secure briefcase and threw it down the bridge mail chute. Ding dong, secure briefcases aren't completely secure dipstuff.

It also pisses me off when operatives forget internals/spacesuits when they jump out.

What I always do as a SYNDICATE:
Spawn.
Grab some stuff and a bomb.
Go outside WITH A SPACESUIT AND INTERNALS (forget you, #1 #3 #4)
Go to atmos, beat the window open with energy sword.
Atmos tech: Truce.
Operative #2: Sure.
*dumps bomb on the pipe that leads to the viewing room*
*boom*
*station flooded with plasma somehow.
