You will get pushed around a lot. Heh one of the first people to insult you was Ephialtes. If you don't know who he is... well lets just say he has made the best add-on any Blockland user will see in their lifetime. He made RTB. Tip don't insult Badspot or Ephialtes. Badspot=Insta-Ban, Ephialtes=Lecture then ban. And no I am not insulting you.

1. Get RTB
2. Go to add-ons when you start a game
3. Turn on Server_gamepreferences (or Script_gamepreferences I forget which)
4. Start a game
5. Go to the administrator control panel by pressing esc and going there
6. Click on game preferences
7. Change the Welcome Message to whatever you want and put %1 in the place where you want to show the person's name (Ex. "Hi %1!" so if I joined then it would say to me "Hi Silent Night!")
8. Click save changes (if you want to confirm that you changed it then have the inform users option under the save changes button enabled)
