Well, I've got a few relatives in america, so I'm also considering buying this

It's a tad more, but looks more value for money. I've also heard good things about gateway computers.

Edit: Turns out it's only 1,149.99 US in bestbuy, so that's under my budget in australian :P. Looks like I can buy a few USB's too :D

We don't need any solution, because this isn't a problem.

The same process happened to the < 1kers about the 2kers, 2kers about the 4kers, etc. Contrary to popular belief, they actually got over it!

Anyone making drama out of the expansion of the game is probably less experienced then half the new players.

You wanted a $1500+ laptop, and I have the perfect suggestion: get a Mac. If you want a PC with higher performance it will most likely cost about half that much.

I don't really want a mac :p, I'm a linux guy myself.

And I don't really want a higher performance pc - Because this refund scheme is for educational items (Which is why I want a laptop)

I did have a look at this which doesn't seem too bad. I'm just not sure if it's value for money though.
