Why can't religon be simple like that?because man created religion to have people follow their false pretenses of good and avoid their false pretenses of bad. this is why the bible contradicts itself in some areas, people agreed and disagreed on different things, and they wrote different things. those things were put into the bible and they stayed there until this very day. either way, religion is just an other ploy to control his fellow man.

Let's look at Job, he was a wealthy righteous man. Satan said that Job was only faithful because he was rewarded for praising God.
Then God let stuff hit the fan for Job. He was bankrupt, without family, and on the brink of death. Job was being tested, and he was faithful for the entire stuffstorm.
So he was cured of diseases, showered in wealth and was back on top.
TL;DR, God:1 Satan:0 Bad stuff is a test of faith.
My two and a half cents on a common argument for why God isn't real.

« on: May 22, 2011, 01:25:25 AM »Well I give a stuff if the show gets cancelled by some douchebags that rather have loving gore over background stores.that's like playing a game about ripping peoples heads off. the next two installments are the same. then the third one has a back story and you get pissed off because other people want the gore back. the gore was what people liked, less gore and more backstory removes from the viewer base that they created, thus making a bunch of angry fans.
And I loving love Lord Stingray and I want to see more of him in Season 3.
