no, hate speech would be considered politicly incorrect and deemed a taboo by society, therefore there wouldn't be very much hate speech to begin with. if the government didn't control hate speech then there would be a lot more freedom of expression.

i hate when this happens. i have a friend in a wheel chair called brent. he hates gym because he can't do stuff. i get pissed because even though everyone knows he hates gym and doesn't want to play (he makes this clear by SAYING it) the teacher still forces him into the games there by hindering the team when both sides are unwilling. the other day he had a boys vs. girls competition in running, brent said " i can't run, can i sit out" the teacher said " no, you just roll" and forced him to go. we lost and even though we had a huge lead. teacher said "i guess the boys aren't as good as the girls." i'm sorry if i sound like an ass but i honestly think people with handicaps should have a choice in what they want to do instead of being forced to piss others off.
