I would suggest eating lots of iron rich foods such as beans and spinach, as well as getting your liver checked for that jaundice. While the hair thing is still kind of serious, jaundice can kill you.

yellowing skin is jaundice. you have have jaundice because your liver is failing to remove stuff from your body. I assume it may have something to do with your iron deficiency.
you could also have hepatitis or liver cancer.
i re-read all symptoms and i think you might be diabetic. You feel weak and shaky, your liver doesn't work, your hair is falling out, you're dizzy and can't walk straight, you don't eat as much, you're tired, ect. I'm not a doctor, though, so there's a really strong chance i'm horribly wrong and it's just iron or some menial stuff. is your vision blurred?
