It kind of works out for me. Because he has his FI liscence I don't have to pay for lessons, only the fuel which is a lot of money :3

And still that doesn't answer my question though...I wasn't really mocking the handling of all 3 aircraft he stated, I just laughed when he said older aircraft handle better. I'm training in my grandfathers 172, I've also ridden in a cub and let me tell you, the 172 is MUCH smoother.
