The last few days I've been staying up until midnight, and I'd probably stay up later, but every night around this time my internet goes out. The router says everything is fine, but I can't do anything on my computer or phone except go to the router's page. The next day it's always fine. Its quite a pain in the ass. If someone could shed some light on this that would be great.

Something is wrong with the wiring in your ISP, as Nick said. Disconnect and connect your router to restore Internet access, however, doing this will gradually worsen your problem. It's only a temporary solution.
