It probably wont be long until the morons dressing up as clowns and walking around with machetes and other weapons start getting shot. #clownlivesmatter

I remember in middle school kids would sometimes just make up random things to confuse their friends and trigger their fears of social ostracism.
Wow, that must have been a long time ago! What else were schools like in the 70s, old timer?

I've been playing this a good amount. If anyone wants to play together add me on steam, my account is on my profile.

Honestly, I don't think No Man's Sky deserved neither the mass hype nor the hate. It's a smaller indie game made by a studio which has developed 4 games, off one IP, in the past. Now I also think that there would be less hate if NMS was a $15-$30 game as opposed to a full (and outrageous) $60 game.

I haven't seen anything about it, but maybe the planet at the center of the universe might not be 100% randomly generated. If I had set something as the semi end-game I would want to make sure it's fairly interesting. But that's just my thoughts. Also who knows, maybe they scattered a few easter eggs around the galaxy, too.

Yeah, watching videos on youtube does not do VR justice. It looks OK on videos, but actually being in the game is intense. Also if you have any multiplayer games you should totally add me on steam.

but cant AAA games of the future use mouse and kb and let me sit in the chair with the headset?

why do i have to be standing on my feet with those 2 stupid wiimotes.
thats the stuff im worried about.
because its just the motion control fad all over again, the headset didnt change the types of games at all. being able to look around dosnt change gameplay.
There are both games that require m+kb/controller and games that use the vive controllers. Most of the games make use of your room, that's where the "Room Scale" comes from. You actually walk around your space to walk around in game, and then for areas bigger than your room you teleport or use standard motion.

The library of VR games is actually really large. A lot of games are small $1-$10 indie games, but a lot of those indie games are way more enjoyable than some of the bigger releases.

Showing off your Vive is also really fun, everyone who tries it is blown away.

4 days now. Prepare your dissapointment
Lol at anyone who actually buys this day 1. I'll probably see if it hits redbox or something and try it out, or ask the one person I know that really wants to buy it how it is.

Maybe it will be ok and I'll actually go buy it, or maybe it wont.

There's a lot of fun games on the vive. A lot of $1-$2 indie games but some of these are actually more enjoyable than the full price games on the steam store.

A friend of mine is saying how excited he is. I'll let him buy it and see how it is. It seems like it could be fun but get really old really fast.

Maybe Coal City/Diamond will get hit again. They've been hit by the last two so I wouldn't be surprised if they were hit again.

Weather is pretty decent where I am, though. A little cloudy, but not much else.
