Anyone know if this game is remotely playable by your lonesome, like Borderlands, or is it more of an MMO where you absolutetly need friends to survive?
All story missions/patrols can be played solo. If you want to play a strike mission you have to play with a team, afaik.

I made another arena. I'll be releasing this as a gamemode when I get everything done. Server is closed.

What is Due Process?
A video showing off some of Due Process' gameplay is right there. It's pretty simple; Two teams, basically attackers vs defenders. The attackers get some specialized gear to help them attack while the defenders get a home field advantage and have time to plan where they're going to defend.

Server status

It's a little bit different in my version as some of the things would be a bit difficult to implement in Blockland with just VCE. I'll probably be making more buildings to attack with different layouts later, so right now it's pretty basic. I just wanted to try it out and see if it's fun or not.

Some of the features that made it into my version are:
Limited weapons. With a 5v5 match there's generally only enough primaries for 3 out of the 5 meaning two people will be forced to carry just sidearms.
Partial wall destruction. I wanted to make it so you could breach the walls, but not with just blockland's basic brick destruction, to make sure that you could always get a nice sized hole to get through or blow up bricks you don't want to blow up.
Take out the lights. You can turn off/on the lights in the building to make it a lot harder to see while fighting. Switch is very simple but I was lazy, sue me.
A "planning" phase. Attackers have a nice overview of a scaled down map to see where they can breach and how. There is 30 seconds at the start of each round before SWAT can begin their attack.

Pictures

SWAT planning area

SWAT weapon selection (the 4 ARs was lowered to 2)

Building interior, you can see a wall breach area and where the terrorists can select their weapons.

Interior. You can see another wall breach area and the power switch.

Interior. The main doorway that only the SWAT members can open, along with two breaching points.

What a breachable wall looks like from inside.

One of the wall charges that a SWAT member can activate. The yellow lights change to red one by one and after three seconds it blows up, taking a portion of the wall with it.

This is how an indie early-access game should be. Constantly updating with really neat features and fixes. Listening to the community. Expanding features as much as reasonable.
Yeah, I also like how they're making any gamechanging updates toggleable. Don't want thruster damage? Turn it off. You can have the game as realistic or unrealistic as you want, for the most part.

Anyone up for that two station pvp?
if someone was capable of hosting a decent server with minimal lag, sure. I'd join. Although idk about two stations to start out with. Would be cool to make the players create their own stations.

Survivalist setup.
Warm clothes
Decent sized backpack
Carry on bag
Tactical vest for the space
Basic ballistic vest if possible

Crossbow for hunting.
Pistol for self defense
Knife for gutting animals/anything else you may need a knife for while surviving

Pocketed items for ease of access
GPS for navigation, if satellites are down then replace with map/compass
Binoculars
Walkie Talkie
Zip ties for non-lethal encounters

Vest items
Spare magazines for pistol
Basic medical supplies if I don't need to take the full kit out
First quiver would be attached to crossbow, second would be on back of vest as a spare quiver
Batteries for GPS/walkie

Carry bag
Medical supplies
Painkillers
Gauze
Downsized doctor's bag

Backpack
Sleeping bag
Tarp
Cooking pot
Portable stove
Thermos
Non-perishable foodstuffs
Water canteen
Water jug
Fishing kit

Would be fully capable of prolonged survival with supplies I would be capable of obtaining right now. Total weight 31.561 although in reality some of those items would be in smaller variations like the doctor's bag and fishing kit

We had an issue when we were in florida for vacation that a place we stayed in had bedbugs. We called a friend of ours who works in pest control and he said they lay eggs which can take up to two weeks to hatch, are nearly invisible, and don't die out when washed. You need to use either extreme heat or extreme cold to kill the eggs. We went to a laundromat and put all of our clothes/pillows/etc on a good hour of extreme heat dry cleaning. We even threw out our brand new memory gel/foam/whatever pillows we had just bought. Really puts a damper on your vacation.

Headshots deal more damage, maybe that's it? I've never had an issue when I hit them in the head vs the body.

So after getting tired of having to swim to the heli crash island and back any time I needed to access my base/get loot I took the matters into my own hands.

And now for the pictures of my base
The base itself w/ farm

Front of the base

Main room

Back area which was added later, explaining the cot/chest locations

Upper level

View of the heli wreck

Those two trees are the only survivors from me building the bridge lol
