City Z
a few demos and free games

Games I plan on getting:
H3VR
Battledome
Audioshield

Any other game recommendations?

Your family is giving you a responsibility in the family business, and it's a fairly serious responsibility, at that. It shows they obviously think you're mature enough to handle it.

You should honestly be happy they find you mature and responsible enough to handle the business bills, yes it's tedious but it will give you important skills later in life and make it easier for you to get a job later as well.

I started working at our family business, and getting paid, at 12, but I worked unpaid there since it opened when I was 8. It was usually only $20 a day or less, but now I have the luxury of having a decent paying job with no stress of fearing I'm going to lose it.

I have uncharted 4. Don't play the MP much as I didn't care for it, but I may hop on every now and then.

Off Topic / Re: what is your preferred room temperature
« on: June 16, 2016, 09:44:46 AM »
I frequently open the windows and block the vents when its <40F outside. The room my computer's in has no cold air return so it doesn't force the furnace to run 24/7 to try to heat this room.

I also open my window when sleeping and it's cold outside. If I'm not using at least 1 heavier blanket something is wrong.

Call of Duty fanbase: "they just keep releasing the same thing, ugh, when are they going to do something different this is boring"
Then when they do something different "omg it's not call of duty, what is wrong with them. we want the REAL call of duty"
You can't fight stupid.

That's implying Otis was clean in the first place.

uhh he's just gonna chargeback it. he'll call up his credit cards and ask them to reverse it. i'm sure its gonna be a lot easier to reverse a donation, since you didn't pay for anything. it's probably gonna be completely refundable with your bank whether its moral or not.

i don't think these streamers are gonna lose much money--but i have heard they will have to pay a tax that wont be refunded. in that case, they should file a lawsuit against him to sue for their damages.

let's not sit around and act like he's actually gonna end up paying this lol. all its gonna do it hurt his credit
I would imagine any bank/credit card company would contact paypal, since that's who he sent the donations with, and paypal would inform them of the situation. Plus if he tried that I'd bet paypal would leave his account in a negative and send it to debt collections or file a lawsuit. Maybe not but who knows.

Huh, neat. I found something related to my grandpa's insurance company that my grandmother would have to claim.

It's actually a scam, tho
At least for the Illinois one, it's through the actual illinois.gov website. I don't think that's fake.

Yeah with that I think it wont work too well just because of the constant downward pressure when its being used, it would be enough to break the concrete open after probably one or two uses.
Anvils are shaped the way they are to mainly reduce the impact it has on the floor beneath it, I'll think of a way to use a free weight to be able to be placed on the outside pavement tile flooring.
Also I'm thinking that if I did this for long enough I'd make a youtube channel, mainly just so I can have a cool record of stuff that I make, but focus it on salvaging cheap stuff I find in thrift stores. The town I'll be living on next year has a road with literally 12 thrift stores all next to each other. (We call them 'charity shops' where people donate their junk which is mainly clothes to the stores and they give profits to charities)

The first project would probably be a go-kart.
I've wanted to build a gokart for a while now, I have pretty much everything I need equipment/space wise. I even have an old ATV that I'm planning on nabbing the motor and other parts from. I just need to actually go out and buy the metal for the frame and do it but laziness is overwhelming.

I don't personally have experience with welding but I have friends that do

General Discussion / Re: Could Blockland have Voice Communication?
« on: May 10, 2016, 06:28:07 PM »
I would love to see a task force radio-like mod in blockland. Use teamspeak/mumble for the voice, blockland just provides positional data.
