I feel bad for you, having been indoctrinated into thinking that man landed on the surface of an object that isn't solid but is instead, a light source

after reading through like 5 lines of that where the author was wrong like 9 times in the first 4 sentences i cant even comprehend how handicapped you must be

arent those belts beta radiation? you know, the stuff that can probably be stopped by literal tinfoil
i feel bad for goth, the kind of person that cant even think to themselves enough to think "hmm maybe you can engineer around this" like who tf thinks you absolutely need a cameraman for cameras

And they passed through the "Van Allen Radiation Belts" in a tinfoil wrapped box without any problem at all

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JpQ3AbHL2SM

I feel especially bad for the camera guy, he got there first and still got left behind!

people go to chernobyl all the time without radiation poisonning

they passed through the belts at like 11km/s do you think it affected them at all

also they can set up remote cameras you know you loving handicap, they literally explained this many times already: https://io9.gizmodo.com/how-nasa-captured-this-iconic-footage-of-apollo-17-leav-1671650186

Why can't nasa loving crowd fund then?
i wish taxes where better made in the sense that you would be able to give more for things you care about yknow

idk man
i can't believe billions of dollars went into putting a drone on a whole loving desert planet. thanks.

Why you guys mad? I'm right.

We landed a person on the moon in 1969. Since then we barely done stuff but send a stuffload of drones into space.

We should have colonized the loving moon by now as practice then work our way to colonizing mars.

How many drones have we sent to mars and did nothing afterwards but send more drones?
do you realize NASAs budget has been reduced from 3% to 0.5% of the total US budget?

you are asking them to do twice the work with 6x less funds
NASA Scientists Say We Could Colonise The Moon by 2022... For Just $10 Billion

Will they get funded for it? Probably not.

meanwhile walmart is like worth 400 billion and they aren't using that money for anything useful but trying to make more money.
then vote for politicians that put in place bigger corporate taxes so that the handicapped mega corps like walmart dont get to hoard money

wait thats communist, can't do that in the US

I swear sometimes tony sounds like bernie sanders and the next day hes like Humble Water Filter Merchant

http://nasa.gov/ntv

At 2PM EST NASA's Insight probe will try to land on mars and then drill into the surface.

Quote
If all goes according to plan, InSight will hurtle through the top of the thin Martian atmosphere at 19,310 kilometres per hour. Slowed by friction, deployment of a giant parachute and retro rockets, InSight will descend 124 kilometres through pink Martian skies to the surface in 6-1/2 minutes, traveling a mere 8 kilometres per hour by the time it lands.
