I know it's been like 4 years since we talked in voice but I don't you have a deep southern accent? Never expected you to be chinese.

A lot of my chinese friends don't have an accent when they speak, most of them are born here but they speak mandarin(or cantonese) at home

building a wall will make it harder, but people will still try to do it. What i'm saying is the only way you'll get it to completely stop is to literally invade their country since you don't control those people lol

Exactly, going to college to study for something is still not hands-on experience.

I would hire someone with no degree that had 30+ years of engineering experience.

Over someone with a degree and zero years of engineering experience.

Except it is in Canada, I have a guaranteed 2 years of internship experience that comes along with my degree, again this kind of handicapped mentality only applies to the handicapped states of america

Instead of diversity hiring a fresh newbie with a degree.

Ok then, make your own engineering company and start building bridges

hire literally anyone and "trust them" when they have no experience or degree
