a good thing to answer for the weakness thing is to tell them a minor weakness and show them your initiative by telling them how you work to fix your weaknesses

my one rep max is closer to like 380 but i once witnessed somebody rep out 225 40 times. it was nuts, he said his arms weren't even dead after he finished too

yeah the guy i watched did 405 for 2 reps like 5 times

he was massive

the connection between you and the server is encrypted yes

everything we write is open to the public so i don't think you could really call it secure
if your username is known then anyone can find out anything you've written, ISPs and governments included

it's not really about posts but about passwords, your PMs etc.

Have you taken any trigonometry classes?

If sin(x) = 4/5 then do the inverse to find x.
arcsin(4/5) = x

Knowing cos(A - B) = cosA*cosB + sinA*sinB just plug n chug (beer that is, cause you have this test in the bag)

edit: and as Aide said, drawing a triangle always helps to visualize trig problems.

yeah i find actually drawing a triangle helps students understand trig a lot more than just equations pulled out of seemingly thin air, but to each their own
