I don't know how much of a step up this is from just putting water into your cereal.

not much ig. i like the taste better than milk and i don't risk getting the stuffs if i decide to eat like 3 bowls on top of my current workout diet

I'll use normal milk for cooking and baking - which isn't needed often - but for cereal i use almond milk

the only thing i want to buy is a pixel 2 but that's not even going to be on sale for black friday or cyber monday

my family is highly dysfunctional and i'm the outcast, so ever since my little bro left for the army i sometimes forget i even have a brother. apparently him and my parents write letters back and forth. don't think either of my sisters care a whole lot more than i do

he's visiting my parents' house for thanksgiving i think tomorrow but i leave to go on vacation up north with 4 friends on the 23rd to celebrate the holiday. i am a terrible sibling and son

ngl some of you got me seriously considering a 4.2 sp101 as a self-bought birthday present

get a colt paterson. anyone who says anything else for a starter pistol doesn't know what they're talking about.

my personal experience is limited to various S&W semi-autos, glocks, the M9, and 1911-type handguns

stick to 9mm or 380; cheap & common ammo. subjective handling feel is more important than objective on-paper stats: if you aren't comfortable using the weapon then you can't really expect to operate it quickly and effectively. for reference i have small girly hands for a 5'11" @ 150 lb guy:

glock 19/23/37 - imho the ergonomics are atrocious-- both holding and shooting. that's all i can really say about them. I heard they're reliable tho idk lol

beretta M9 - at its size and weight the capacity should be more like 17-19 rounds. they shoot straight and reliably but overall it's too big for my hands and too big for eventual cc (not that it can't be carried; my sister's bf carries one daily but he's a freaking bear)

1911-types - my favorite honestly. for me they feel just right in every way (albeit a trigger job usually goes a long way), even the (rare) double-stack .45 variants are more comfortable than the M9 and G37. single-stacks are skinny so they aren't too intrusive when carrying. look into 9mm kimbers

S&W shield .40 - i've put more rounds through this one than any other and it has jammed more consistently than any other in this list, but i have messed with its guts a bit. all-around great pistol otherwise

i've heard a lot of good about canik pistols but never even held one yet

the earliest point in time where i remember contemplating what it's like to die was maybe 4th or 5th grade when one of my best friends said he didn't want to do something risky cuz he's afraid to die. since then i've never feared dying, only physical torment. i've both been through and witnessed several situations where me or someone else was only a hair away from death. not entirely sure how my reaction to the death of a close friend would play out

when i was nonreligious my thoughts were like resonte's; it's like shutting a pc down and destroying the power supply. this never scared me simply because no matter what death felt like it wouldn't matter since you can't dwell on traumatic experiences when you don't exist

now it goes like immediately after death you're sent for judgement and then get either hell or heaven. that said, i believe anyone who prays for a person who recently died is wasting their time, and there's no way for us to contact or view existence in the known universe after death
