they can take as long as they want with the new updates/DLC. I personally am going to need some time until I'm ready to start another character, and time to redo all of my enabled mods to better accomodate the new survival mode

i had this issue back in mid summer '14-- my insides emptied out both ends to the point of severe dehydration. the cause: food poisoning
