got these hot things today, looks like I'd better start up training again

while I'm at it I'll post my track shoes for this season lol

it's actually my first year doing track-- like 8 of my friends are varsity track and/or cross runners and they got me to sign up for it. Apparently we only have 2 good sprinters so they figured I'll be able to get on varsity easily

I just revisited Rockford over the summer. Also went to several other Michigan places that I used to go visit too like Muskegon, Wyoming, Grand Rapids, etc.
