Pretty decent...
I realize a TON of spam in the FRONT and somewhat inside the home... You used the same color WAY to often... And add new colors.. blue would be 5/5 for carpet...
But rating:
Interior: 3/10
Exterior: 7/10
OVERALL: 4/10
(extra rates)
Detail:5/10
Spam:10/10 (10 the highest and a lot of spam)
Colors: 0/10 (No different colors??? Then 0)
Terrain (Cant' rate this...)
Your method of rating things sucks. I see more than 1 brown used at least as well.

It's not hard to make a cross shaped building or something, to remove the huge cuboid shape, plus, I notice you are too lazy to make some walls so you just "stapled" 1x4x5's, instead of working with bigger brick walls.
9/10 for the core.
I'm not picking a fight or anything, but it kinda adds texture having that size instead of a larger brick.
