wtf is more advanced then how you are typing right now i mean holy crap i dont even understand half the stuff you say

That's only because you just don't understand certain words, and are too lazy to look them up.

Either way, Aristotle is about how to help yourself live the happiest life.  True, it's all about yourself, this being selfish, however... the goal is to make yourself happy by doing the right things in the most logical way possible.  This almost always includes helping others, as it isn't beneficial to yourself to let others suffer.

I wish I could stick with following his thoughts online, but I can't help but be rude here.  That's WHY I use the forums.  It's entertaining and I can totally spaz out without anyone being too offended.  (Most of you are way worse than I am.  Admit it.)

One last thing - Explaining Socrates it a bit difficult, so as a summary, he would simple argue with everyone by asking questions until he reached an ultimate understanding.  Socrates did NOT believe in any religion other than the Philosophical Forms (or, the true forms of everything.)  This is because there isn't a person alive, or to have lived, who can describe religion in any form in a way to make it possible.  It needs to make sense.

Just in case you ask, the forms are like... perfection.  We are all humans, and based off of the "Form" of "Human"... but we are not the form itself.  It is perfect, we are deformed, mutated versions of the perfect form.  It's not supposed to have any basis, it's just a way of thinking.  It isn't a religion.

We barely changed at all from thousands of years ago.  In 1,000 years, we won't look like the things I beat the stuff out of in an MMO, I'm sorry.

Can you please explain further the topics you brushed over? What is Socrates' perspective? What is Aristotle's perspective? Considering I want to increase the happiness of everyone through knowledge while being practical in knowing most will not research this themselves, you can help us all out with the hedonistic utilitarian goal in mind. Also, what do you mean by not going into the excess of a situation? Finally, what is the deficient zone?

Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics.  The collection of Aristotle's beliefs that are based on Socrates' intellectual pursuits.  Aristotle wanted to use philosophy in a practical sense, and not in a theoretical sense, so that it could be used to better ones own life.

As for the deficient / excess, that all depends on the situation.  Most situations have a zone of moderation with the most logical course of action.  An example of this would be:

A man sees a child in a burning building, and notices firemen on the other side, unable to see this child.  Should the man run into the building to save the child?  Should he take the extra time to alert the firemen?  Should he do nothing?  All three of these are the extremes of the situation.

The moderation, which is the most logical response, would be to go and get the attention of the firemen.  Going into the building himself would most likely end up killing himself, thus killing that child as well.  He isn't trained, nor does he have equipment, to effectively rescue anyone from fire.  That action would be too rash and thus hitting the zone of excess.  Excess.  He's gone too far without thinking.  The deficient zone requires a lack of caring.  So, choosing to do nothing will render the whole situation as "out of his zone of control", at least in his mind.  There are people who think this way.

Read more into philosophy, because it'll take a long time to explain all of this.

That's why I'm a scientist; I want to solve these problems. Why bother dying?

Guys, this guy is a scientist that wants to solve death.  Cheer him on.

Socrates is pretty much the main thing to live by, but that is quite hard without having his insane intelligence.

I prefer to use Aristotle views, for the most part.  Never going into the excess of the situation, as well as trying to stay out of the deficient zone.

If anyone quotes me - If you haven't read anything on Aristotle, don't comment please.

I admit, I could have used a different word, or explained my opinions better. Sorry if I hurt anyones feelings by denouncing the music genre they listen to. Im not really sorry.

No problems here, ya furry.

On Topic:  I like electronic and suck at writing music for it.

I found an old chat log I saved from a few years ago while I was on iScribble daily.

I have a 2 after my name due to multi-logging.  I was visiting random people while my friends were doing all the work on whatever art collaboration we were doing at the time.  I felt like posting this here.

You entered Pokemon.
Daphne: Hola!
Jerkface2: I have a pokemon.
Daphne: Cool
Jerkface2: Yup
Jerkface2: I caught it once.
AndyFox: Im growing tall grass in my backyard so I can catch some. Hoping to get a growlith!
Jerkface2: I crammed it into a confined area and forced it to fight til it gets bludgeoned unconcious.
Daphne: Awesome!
Daphne: I tried catching a Zubat once
Jerkface2: Use a rock
Jerkface2: It works better
Daphne: It ran away from my front door before I could though
Jerkface2: I hear they like to be beaten
Daphne: Wow, masochists much lol
Jerkface2: Pokemon are, yes.
Daphne: Yes,
Jerkface2: I'd draw mine, but I have it saved and don't feel like redoing it
Jerkface2: It's so epic though
Daphne: AH
Daphne: Okay
Jerkface2: Like, you don't even know
Jerkface2: Your face would curl up into your skull from seeing it.
Daphne: lol
Jerkface2: It's like, not even a pokemon yet
Jerkface2: He submitted tax forms and everything
Jerkface2: We play the waiting game.
Daphne: lol
Daphne: It must be extremely tiring
Jerkface2: Oh god, we train every day to be the Unofficial pokemon master
Daphne: XD
Jerkface2: So like, if he gets hired as a Pokemon, we can be like "Take that losers, I'm already way ahead of yall
Jerkface2: So like, if he gets hired as a Pokemon, we can be like "Take that losers, I'm already way ahead of yall"
Jerkface2: Lag is a pain
Daphne: XD
Jerkface2: So is fighting.
Jerkface2: He isn't a pokemon yet, so he can die
Jerkface2: he CAN .... DIE
Daphne: That is.....rather unfortunate
Jerkface2: Since he isn't dead yet, you can see how powerful he is.
Daphne: Well obviously
Jerkface2: I've been training him on squirrels.
Jerkface2: and rats
Jerkface2: They can die too
Daphne: My cat eats squirrels. And rats
Jerkface2: Your cat doesn't evolve
Jerkface2: So, I auto-win
Daphne: Well no
Jerkface2: All pokemon evolve
Jerkface2: Thus, your cat is training for nothing
Daphne: He isn't training
Jerkface2: You think he isn;t
Daphne: He just likes eating squirrels
Jerkface2: But he is
Daphne: lol
Jerkface2: Your cat has a secret gym
Jerkface2: Under your house
Daphne: I'm sure he does
Jerkface2: With weights
Jerkface2: He hangs with biker mice
Jerkface2: The toughest mones that he can't eat
Daphne: Aw dude! I told him that was DANGEROU
Daphne: S
Jerkface2: But did he listen?
Jerkface2: No.
Jerkface2: My pokemon beats the stuff out of your cat.
Jerkface2: I am better
Daphne: Well obviously not
Daphne: That thought makes me intensly sad
Daphne: I wanted to the BEST!
Jerkface2: Being a well trained, experienced pokemon master as I am, I know how much better than you I am.
Jerkface2: I am like, an arm lengths better than you.
Jerkface2: Like, you are a fork, I am a spork.
Jerkface2: I have multi uses
Jerkface2: and people love me
Daphne: But do the pokemon love you?
Alcoholic entered this board.
Jerkface2: Yes
Alcoholic switched to the lobby.
Jerkface2: Everyone loves me
Daphne: You must really be the best then
Jerkface2: I kiss my pokemon every night
Jerkface2: It kisses me back
Jerkface2: I sleep with Golems
Daphne: If my cat, who isn't even a pokemon, doesn't like or even listen to me
Jerkface2: You must suck immensely
Daphne: My thoughts exactly
Jerkface2: I already have like, a bajillion badges.
Jerkface2: To hold them all, I staple them to my skull.
Daphne: Does it hurt?
Jerkface2: No, because I am uber strong and tough

Jerkface2: I'm a tuff ghai
Daphne: as that?
Daphne: I'm sure
Jerkface2: My pokemon also has several badges stapled to his face.

-quotes-

He acts like this on the forums.

779
Just for roostery individuals who feel like they can do this and want to use it for "fun", I say to you that it requires confidence and purpose.

Wanting something as a joke, or using Social Engineering as a means to remedy boredom, is not useful, nor is it possible with most personality types.

I cannot do this in real world situations in it requires me to physically talk to anyone.  I seriously doubt that many people here, with the personalities that they have, can pull this off.  The best that you can do is to use this skill set to give ideas to people above you to help you do well. -->

An example would be something simple, such as knowing something fun about a teacher, such as a love for a certain movie, and drawing a character from that movie on a test doing something in your favor.
...I had Indiana Jones whipping a problem about velocity explaining that I didn't know how I got my answer, but I "Just knew it."  Ordinarily, answers must be explained in full, and the way I got the answer was from the dude next to me, but she took it as a fun joke.  No need for verbalizing anything.

You can learn about this in certain Psychology classes in college if anyone is truly interested.

Actually if it was like that normally I'm sure you'd feel the same way you would current hair color.

But I wish it to.

I wouldn't.  It's a whole different level of uniqueness that would be added to the character of each individual.

Sure, some of us dye our hair.  Not me, personally.  However, if extravagant hairstyles were the norm, even the old lady down the street would have some sort of different hair color compared to someone near her.  She would never have dyed her hair otherwise.
